Grey’s and Britton’s function rooms at Tall Timbers in Tasmania's North West can accommodate all styles of events, meetings and conferences from an intimate 40 people to a large scale event for 350 people. Tall Timbers Tasmania is a venue that adds a unique ambience to your conference or meeting, with a range of catering options to suit your event. In addition, Tall Timbers can provide accommodation for all attendees in our 67 units. Other corporate facilities and equipment available on request.

Grey's function room set up for small functionGrey's Function Room...

Grey's Function Room was named after a local pioneering timber family. The function room features panelled walls of Blackwood and Myrtle, and the world renowned Huon Pine timber is featured within the panels on the front of the bar.

Grey's Function Room is available for hire for small seminars, conferences, meetings, or even as a registration room for larger conferences held in Tall Timbers Brittons Function Centre.
Grey’s has a total floor area of 80 square metres and is able to seat the following configurations:

  • Theatre Style 40
  • Classroom 25
  • Banquet 30
  • Cocktail Party 45

Costings for room hire and provision of audiovisual equipment are available on application.

Britton's Function Centre is also named after a local pioneering timber family. Located in the main Tall Timbers complex, a completely private room with a separate entry and foyer area. Britton's is the ideal venue for large functions, annual dinners, conventions, cocktail parties, sporting dinners, or as a venue for live music performances. A wide variety of catering options are available. Tall Timbers service team can cater to any function request and deliver creative menus to fit any need, theme and number of guests.

Brittons Function Centre has a total floor area of 500 square metres, and is able to seat the following:

  • Theatre Style 350
  • Classroom 200
  • Banquet 280
  • Cocktail Party 350
