Award: Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020
Responsible to: All senior staff
The main duties of the role include:
- All cleaning duties within the catering area,
- Scrub, clean and polish areas as delegated,
- General assistance of all catering staff, not including monetary service to customers,
- Wash all food plates,
- Setting and/or wiping down benches,
- Cleaning and tidying of associated areas,
- Other duties as requested by management.
