Booking policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit payment at the time of booking. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all room reservations and packages.

A credit card guarantee is required on booking. Tall Timbers Tasmania reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit cards or failure to supply a credit card or cash deposit guarantee.

Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation will apply.

Check in

Check in time is 2:00 pm on day of arrival. Early arrival before 2.00 pm is subject to availability on day of arrival. It cannot be guaranteed. Arrivals after 9pm will require prior arrangement.

Check out

Check out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on day of departure.

Extra guests

Listed rates are for up to two adults. Additional guests will incur additional costs.

Children (under 2 years) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults. Child rates apply for children aged between 2 and 12 years.

Payment policy

All guests must provide payment as per the payment policy at check-in.

No refunds will be given for early check outs.

Full payment

Full payment must be made at the point of check in with the credit card supplied and/or other payment that the guest has arranged with the property. These credit card details upon check out may be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to telephone charges, food and beverage charges, security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.

Failure to make payment will result in no room key being issued to the guest.

Cash/debit card payments

Where a credit card is not available and payment is made by CASH or DEBIT CARD an additional $200.00 CASH BOND will be required on check-in. This bond may be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to telephone charges, food and beverage charges, security bond, or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Unused bond amount held will be returned to the guest at check-out via a refund of cash or refund to a debit card.
