My experience working at Tall Timbers is a very memorable one, with a great group of colleagues I get to work with on a daily basis.
After completing my Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, it’s always been an area of interest of mine. Even in my childhood memories, I wanted to work at this establishment.
Tall Timbers allows me fulfillment in an area of creativity. As a chef one always needs to think outside the box as no one solution is the answer.
Bringing a smile to the face of customers and those I work with is what drives me every day. Also, living amongst all of the great producers and using their products to create exciting and stimulating dishes.
